  • Shareholders determine which TWELVE WEEKS are allocated to Management for Holiday Hire to cover/contribute towards Annual Costs

  • Each Shareholder allocated up to FOUR WEEKS for their OWN USE based on Holiday Hire Value Allocated to each Week chosen

  • Enjoy up to a maximum of four weeks each year for your own use,dependent on the holiday option purchased.In some instances where there is no availability of hiring the holiday home the entitlement will increase to five weeks each year.
  • No worries regarding storage or upkeep of your home as this will be professionally managed.
  • In most options,income generated from 12 weeks potential annual hire expected to cover all expenses plus allow for possibility of investment return each year.
  • If unable or decide not to utilise your own holiday allocation then,where possible, these weeks will be made available for hire where you will receive a payment of 75% of the hire fees received,after deduction of any costs.
  • Upgrade your holiday home as and when you wish where your share is sold to new or existing investor if required.
  • Have various holiday options and be part owner of different homes that we manage in either Somerset or Devon.
  • Potential increase in your initial investment where certain properties purchased have potential to increase in value over period of time. Remember some of your investment options will reduce in value over period of time.
